The West Coast Blue Penguin Trust was named as the winner of the Solid Energy – West Coast Leading Light Community / Charity Organisation Award at a glittering awards event last night at Shantytown.

Trustee Ian Davidson-Watts accepted the trophy from Solid Energy’s Bill Luff on behalf of the Trust and thanked the Trust’s sponsors, in particular Holcim and Solid Energy. The Trust was a finalist last year and is delighted and very proud to be named the Leading Light for 2012 in the Community / Charity category.
